I've met the prerequisites for attending the course, so I'm just counting down the days until November. A few months ago, HRC told me that many MIBOLC students get rescheduled due to not meeting the prerequisites and that I should call my Branch Manager to see if I could get into an earlier course. I followed that advice and sent my Branch Manager an email two weeks ago. I've called her everyday over the last two weeks but I do not get an answer. Does anyone have any advice or additional steps that may be helpful? Or, should I just suck it up and wait until November? I've been fortunate to have some good ones for myself, but as an S1, I've had the misfortune of dealing with some bad ones on behalf of the Soldiers in my unit. Most managers respond within 3-5 days, even if it's a quick email to say they are working your issue and will get back to you.
