The meds would be. A recruiter or a medical professional in the military would be able to tell you how long you’d have to wait after taking the meds. Good luck!!Response by LTJG Private RallyPoint Member made Jan 2 at 2020 1:25 PM2020-01-02T13:25:54-05:002020-01-02T13:25:54-05:00CPT Aaron Kletzing5405812<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div><a class="dark-link bold-link" role="profile-hover" data-qtip-container="body" data-id="1707948" data-source-page-controller="question_response_contents" href="/profiles/1707948-markus-wilson">Markus Wilson</a> — I think there’s a solid chance you could get a waiver for ADHDResponse by CPT Aaron Kletzing made Jan 2 at 2020 5:17 PM2020-01-02T17:17:34-05:002020-01-02T17:17:34-05:00CPL Gary Pifer5405969<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>You mean the ADHD you completely forgot about...Response by CPL Gary Pifer made Jan 2 at 2020 6:07 PM2020-01-02T18:07:45-05:002020-01-02T18:07:45-05:00CPL Gary Pifer5405975<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>ADHD is a BS diagnosis... especially for bored young males...Response by CPL Gary Pifer made Jan 2 at 2020 6:09 PM2020-01-02T18:09:09-05:002020-01-02T18:09:09-05:00SGT Private RallyPoint Member5406221<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Absolutely. It might be a lengthy process to provide the medical documentation to prove your last prescription was two years ago as well as a doctor evaluate and sign you off... But after all that I'm confident that a waiver would be approved. Being treated for ADD/ADHD, while in the service, in and of itself would not get you discharged either.Response by SGT Private RallyPoint Member made Jan 2 at 2020 7:04 PM2020-01-02T19:04:28-05:002020-01-02T19:04:28-05:002020-01-02T08:27:34-05:00
