CPO Sultan Camp, Capt Seid Waddell and CAPT Kevin B. both had great responses. I think just overall not being prepared. Resume issues, not having the right mindset, limiting your options, not dressing the part and being hungry will set you up for failure. Thanks for posting this topic.

In the Job Fairs that I've attended, on both sides of the table, soft skills are crucial. Taking a deep breath, squaring up the shoulders, relaxing and conducting yourself professionally yet personable goes a long way.
