What are the odds of my Flight Warrant Officer packet getting accepted?

Was wondering once I complete my packet. This is a goal I’ve had for a very long time. What are the odds of getting accepting?

Have you hung out with Aviators and asked to go on orientation flights? I used to go up in OH-58's all the time.. even had some stick time. My friend E-5 19D had a chance encounter along with me at a Med Hold unit with a Major General and he asked if he could be of service.. My friend said he wanted to fly... low and behold wish granted... He's been flying over 13 years now. So sometimes it's who you know.

Well just talking about putting a packet in gives you a 0% chance but if you really want something trust me you won’t stop til you get it. GOOD LUCK

SSG, with that minimal information you provided it seems you could be a potential candidate. The probabilities are high because of the pilot shortage. I suggest you to not be like most Soldiers who never complete their packets. I know you have other things to take care of but you have to make it a priority to get it done. First two things you must do is take the SIFT then you flight physical. In the mean time, download all required paperwork and fill them out little by little. Write you own LORs for the Company CDR and BN CDR to make it easier for them to just sign it (just a suggestion). Get that checklist and start consolidating all supporting documents. 100% chance of NOT getting selected if you don't submit. Don't worry about your chances. Make sure your packet is polished and have solid letters of recommendation. Your packet should speak for itself.
