I'm having a difficult time finding where it says in the AR's that this isn't allowed. Does anyone have any insight or reccommendations on where to look? Thanks for any help. Check AR 190-11 as well as the base's SOP and unit Barracks SOP. Ammunition, regardless the type, must be stored in an AHA, temporarily in the Arms Room, or remain under physical guard (if necessary).
