Where ever you end up for your duty assignment...BPT sit in quarantine for 2 weeks upon arrival. And that will probably be before you can even in process. As for a the PT test, you may or may not take the ACFT. That will be up to your unit once you get picked up from the Repo Depot. Standard wait period to take a PT test after arrival is 2 weeks to get acclimated.

at MEPs you'll be treated just like everyone else, they don't give a rat's ass that you're prior service. after that it just depends. are you having to go back to BCT and/or AIT?

Went to MEPS already. They actually put prior service in the front of the line. I’m keeping my MOS and going straight to my assignment (don’t know where yet). But when I get to wherever I’m going .. what should I expect? Do I have to take a PT test, my last one was last July 2019, if so am I taking the PFT or ACFT. What to expect during In-Processing?

PFC (Join to see) - you got lucky. when I got back in they put prior service at the back of the line. lol. PT test, with covid it all depends. since your last one was in FY19 it won't count. and tomorrow is the last day for APFT so you'll have to take the ACFT. however, if I read the current guidance correctly, they can't take any adverse admin action on you if you fail it until march 2022. It's pretty confusing but be prepared to take the ACFT. not much has changed since you got out so In-processing will be the same as it was the last time you did it. again, prior service won't make any difference in the process. if you're single you'll be assigned a room in the barracks, draw OCIE, get a meal card, all that standard jazz. Hopefully you get a good sponsor who can take you around and show you where everything is.

To the OP, you should not even worry about a PT test. If they want you to take one knock it out, It should be second nature if you are keeping up with yoru fitness!
