I'm going to follow this discussion SGT Private RallyPoint Member , I only take multivitamins. So I would like to see what recommendations are brought forward.

I'll preface my response by stating this is not a shameless plug for product that I sell. However, I do promote this product. My reason for promoting this product is results don't lie. I've tried many products over the years that were largely synthetic based, and although I had mixed results, I could never be sure on the purity of the products (i.e. NCAA compliance, drug free, etc.). With that in mind, I have found the GPS Recovery product to be superior. And when combined with the pre and intra-workout products, I've had amazing results. Following two surgeries in the spring of 2014 until now, I have lost roughly 50 pounds of bad weight and put on approximately 20 pounds of lean muscle mass.

The combination of amino acids, creatine, and other necessary nutrients and minerals have made this product a key component in my full recovery to health.

MM1000 creatine is the best that I've came across. You just can't beat the price of $26 and serving size of 200. Hope that this helps, you can find it on bodybuilding.com. Happy Gains to you.
