If what worked before, improve on that. To repeat something the Army said. Be all you can be. SSG give it your all and things have a way of working out. Good luck to you and may the Board God look at you favorably. Please advise on how you did. Maybe this is the one, in fact it is the one.

I spent 5 hours straight with my S-1 combing through my board file with a fine tooth comb. This is my third look, the first two times, I didn't consult with my S-1. I now realize what a mistake that was because upon meeting with my S-1 this time, we discovered I had an NCOER missing from iPerms, and it was one that covered the entire year of 2015. I made sure my file was wired tight this time.
