Often times, in a SCIF, it was too much of a hassle to leave, so the mess (chow) hall was a frequent place for me. Now, I eat lunch at my desk and watch Netflix, listen to music or read a lot of news. Depending on my workouts I try to take the time and go to the gym and then just eat when I get back while working. I guess it just depends what is going on!
