Well...like the few comments so far I have not seen anything that appears to me to be an improvement. I've seen new faces in the clinic - but that's fairly normal.

well i volunteer at john Cochran and Jefferson barracks hospitals in st.Louis. there are still wait peroids and also alot of long waits on comp and pensions. sorry folks they don't get in a hurry on comp and pensions. but wait times should start speeding up soon.i've seen alot of changes and i have to say they arn't for the good on alot of the area's. like i've have been waiting for 8 years on knees being replaced. all i do is get the run around from the death panels at john Cochran. and yes they have death panels.so try to keep a positive attitude and every thing will work out!!

What overhaul? I still don't have my ratings. I can't complain too much though since I filed nearly 4 months ago and there are still many personnel who filed over a year ago and still haven't received word. Disgraceful.

I do not know yet all I know is they better start fixing medical problems instead of giving us meds. all the time to mask the pain.
