I still keep a pullup bar mounted on my bathroom door so I can get a quick set in before doing my business. My daughters are still young and small so sometimes I'll do planks while they're crawling around on the floor or I'll use my daughters as "ammo can" lifts. Team RWB (red, white, blue) mission is to connect the American veteran to the community through physical fitness and social activities. Team RWB is a great organization open to all veterans-AD, Retired, Guards, Disabled Vets and Civilians it help me keep in shape. When I retired I missed the camaraderie and working out. Then I found Team RWB it is awesome reconnecting with individuals who walk the walk and talk the talk. The great part is Team RWB is located all over the US.
