What does AGR Tier 3 mean?

I received an email that I been selected at AGR Tier 3 level? Are they looking for Majors or Majors promotable and what branch skills are the most they are recruiting for?

After your packet is boarded, you are placed on a list of presidence from Tier 1-3. If there is a vacancy they pull from the top of the list and work their way done.
Being on any of the lists does not garentee you an offer.
I was Tier 1 the first year I applied and Tier 2 the second. I did not recieve an offer wither year because there were no vancancies.

Back in the day the Tier rating actually indicated the priority the overall unit received equipment and personnel in order to deploy sooner or later depending on the level. It also let DA know what units it would transfer equipment and personnel from or to in order to deploy a particular unit. MAJ Garbarini covered the other part well too best of luck to you. In the Reserve side a Logistics branch will probably help your chances better than staying 11B and it might increase you chance of promotion at least thru Colonel too.
