What does everyone do to prepare their beer and brewing supplies for a PCS move?

I'm PCSing to Fort Leavenworth in a few weeks and trying to thin out my beer supply and brewing ingredient supply. I'm also trying to figure out the best way to pack my brewing equipment, its going to go via DITY even though most of my HHG will go with movers,during the move. Last time I moved all I had was plastic buckets and a cheap pot. Now I have well over $1000 in top quality brewing equipment as well as propane tanks, CO2 tanks, regulators, kegs, etc. I'm thinking I'll just put most of it in the back of my Xterra rather than in my trailer with my motorcycles just to be safe. Anyone done this before with good gear and have recommendations?

Sir,
I work in Heating & Air Conditioning. A lot of the items you mention have "cross over" (CO2, regulators, propane, etc). There are "chassis" which we use in the industry which hold the tanks in place on our trucks. Here (pics) are a couple examples. You should be able to find them at a place like R.E. Michel or a local HVAC distributor.

For the smaller equipment, I'd recommend Pelican cases, with cutaway foam. They're pricey, but a 1-time investment.

LTC Private RallyPoint Member Sir, I don't know about brewing systems but, before you put anything in the back of your Xterra, with your family, or just you in the truck, take reference from the Hazmat Compatibility Chart. We all want you to get safe to your next duty station.
