What happens if you fail RASP? Will you be sent to a unit of your original MOS or whatever the Army needs?

What happens if you fail the RASP? Do they usually give you another chance like recycling or they just kick you out from the RASP? I heard RASP, they dont usually kick the soldier out, they just recycled until they make it through, but I wanna make sure if that info is correct. And last question is what is the main reason why people kicked out or quit.
