What is it like being a 68X Behavioral Health Specialist in the 160th SOAR?

I am considering trying out for the 160th SOAR unit and looking for feedback on what it is like for us 68X's there. Any feedback is appreciated.

You can use you CAC and FMSweb to look at the MTOE for SOAR and see if there are 68Xs in that formation

The only MTOE'd 68 Series in 160th is 68W

Can you get out of a straight-jacket? Initiations vary from M-Nu on the testes to, sky's the limit. PLF from top rack. Unit tactics and tradition. Never saw any branding, but a lot of young Corporals were hurting agents after pinning. Then they outlawed it, blood stripes. Good thing because some went to an extreme.
