As fast as you can. My family and I lived in dogue creek for 3 years while I went through medical retirement. We had problem after problem with our house. Examples: the main drain pipe for the house would back up and flow into our kitchen if we got a lot of rain. 2. Our house was a 2 story converted to a three story yet on the third floor there was no insulation. 3. Heating. Our heating unit did not have any insulation on the duct work, no aluminum tape at any of the joints. Just don't do it. Dogue creek is the oldest housing on post.
