I did not waive my dwell and got orders starting 120 days after my notification and met my unit overseas.<br />Source:<br />This is the statement on the dwell waiver:<br />120 Notification: Public Law 113-66, NDAA 2014, requires the Secretary of the Army may not provide less than 120 days advance notice of an involuntary mobilization to a member of a reserve component who is not assigned to a unit or who is to be mobilized apart from their unit without the approval in writing of the Secretary of Defense. This requirement will cease to be in effect upon completion of the withdrawal of U.S. combat forces from Afghanistan.
