Now it's a 30% discount on Office 365, that's still $70 for a year. Not bad at all, but cheaper is better. Any help? What is the cheapest way to get Microsoft Office? 2020-06-01T14:51:46-04:00 1LT Private RallyPoint Member 5959037

I tried going through CHESS (asc.army.mil), but no luck.

The deal for 2019 edition for $20 ended a while back. It's a free and open-source office suite that works on Windows/Linux/MacOS. It supports Microsoft file types (.docx, xlsx, pptx, etc.) but isn't a 100% perfect replacement.
