<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Learn, know, and perform to the best of your ability every single day.  The NCOER is one of the most important tools, and forms of your Military Enlisted Career.  I wish I new more about it when I was a young E-5 and early SSG.  Some folks never teach your or talk to you about how to write one properly, what you think sounds good compared to your peers makes you seem like the average joe.
