I go to a Crossfit box here in Boca Raton and I love deadlifts, squats, cleans, .......its the handstand pushups and pullups that are tough for me....and Im not even close to doing a muscle up. As for my favorite supplement that would be my own concoction made of base citrulline malate, L-Arginine Alpha-ketoglutarateniacin, niacin, tyrosine, taurine, and caffeine/potassium/sodium (when needed). These help with circulation, nitric oxide production, and endurance. I buy in bulk then mix as needed.
