What is your favorite food to grill for a cook out?

I prefer steaks, brats and numerous vegetables. How often do you cookout, summer holidays or every weekend?

We do a lot of grilling year round actually - yes, very possible in Colorado. I love doing corn on the cob (butter, salt, pepper and wrapped in foil) and lamb burgers. Also love salmon done on a grill.

I personally prefer bacon wrapped jalapeño poppers, 2 racks of ribs prepared in a mild sweet marinade (can't give the recipe away), some chicken, steaks, franks for the kids, whole corn in husk, and a medley of purple onions, bell peppers, carrots, and jalapeños wrapped in foil off to the side. Every now and then I'll prepare some goat ribs and cook them in the pit on low heat. I'm currently deployed, so all this talk of grilling is getting me all fired up!!!

Some of my favorites to grill:
-Ribeye steaks seasoned with garlic powder & lemon pepper (yes, I said lemon pepper)
-Asparagus, rubbed down w/ olive oil & salt & pepper
-Salmon...try putting onions & a slice of a navel orange on it. YUM.
-Lobster, split & buttered
-Oysters...grill them until they start to open, then open them up & pour in some butter, garlic, and a little wedge of cheddar cheese.
-Jalapeno Poppers...after you fill them with cream cheese & wrap in bacon, freeze them & grill frozen. That way the bacon gets more well done without so much cheese melt-off.
-Corn...peel back the husk & remove the silk. Butter & then close the husk back up.
-Chicken kabobs, with the chicken marinated in Jamaican Jerk.
-Baby Back ribs...grill hot for about 10-15 minutes a side, then wrap in foil & cook low & slow.

I've been doing a lot of breakfast lately... actually turns out really good... bacon, pancakes and eggs (off of a cast iron pan), turns out really good!

My biggest challenge is chicken breasts... haven't made a moist one yet -- I don't know what I'm doing wrong!

I love to grill just about anything. I would grill every weekend if it was feasable. I love grilling steaks and brats. I also have a recipe where i cook cream cheese filled jalepenos in a ball of sausage but i don't cook that very often as it's really unhealthy lol. I also love to fire up my smoker fairly regularly. I like cooking pork shoulders and pork spare ribs the best but also make a mean brisket from time to time.

Burgers, brats, and corn on the cob. We'll sometimes do steaks, but tend to get better results there from either wrapping it in tinfoil and putting it on the coals, or else roasting in the oven.
