I've always been partial to MASH. I enjoyed JAG, and also Major Dad.
If you're going for shows that are military themed but aren't trying to be accurate, the geek in me still enjoys Stargate SG1.

I like to watch those training documentaries that they put on about how the Rangers, seals, pararescue, and marine snipers. It gives me a great deal more respect for those guys!
