Somewhere between 35-50 reps should about do it. Your inner thighs will absolutely burn. I had to give him credit for trying to keep the dream alive, however. <br /><br />More on topic, and I don't know what's going on here psychologically, but I like really angry music when I train and for running, having the right beat is everything. I figured out that something between 165-170 beats per minute (or half that) is perfect for me. Turns out it's from years of running to cadences - that's the beat range most running cadences fit into.
