This particular regulation is not listed as a current regulation. It has been a while since Charles and I have any use for an Army Reg....we're a couple of retired (retarded) old soldiers. ;-) LTC Thomas Tennant Tue, 23 Feb 2016 09:12:42 -0500 2016-02-23T09:12:42-05:00 Response by 1SG Michael Blount made Feb 23 at 2016 9:59 AM https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/what-is-your-knowledge-or-past-experience-dealing-with-ar-135-381-in-the-army-reserve?n=1323790&urlhash=1323790 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Not at all sure this reg is in effect. 1SG Michael Blount Tue, 23 Feb 2016 09:59:59 -0500 2016-02-23T09:59:59-05:00 Response by 1SG Private RallyPoint Member made Feb 23 at 2016 12:04 PM https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/what-is-your-knowledge-or-past-experience-dealing-with-ar-135-381-in-the-army-reserve?n=1324339&urlhash=1324339 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>This regulation covers INCAP pay, and my experience is extensive. It still in effect per the attached snippet. I am assuming (dangerously) that you have an injury that happen during training and you have manage to get the LOD started. If not, make sure your Unit Administrator gets on this ASAP and do not let the passage of time get too long. It might be to your best interest to down load your own PDF copy of the regulation. Again, Google "Army Regulations" and you will get the Army Publications Directorate. Hope this helps get you started.
