Then once they were all strung out - Have the wanna- be NCO start calling: 1st Squad, Rear March - 2nd Squad, Rear March - to get the platoon back together in a regular Platoon formation. <br /><br />After some practice, some of my young Soldiers were able to maintain a rhythm and accomplish daunting task. The few successful ones were relieved to actually have done it and developed a sense of confidence.
