What the writer is talking about here in the posted article, is a segregated all female unit, not assigned to front line/combat missions. We had this in the U.S. Army up until the 70s. It was called the Woman's Army Corps. It was a concept that certainly worked well, and I'm quite sure the sexual harassment and assault statistics were much lower then, as well!
