If you show up and bust tape (I am always taped) then they use a formula to determine how many weeks must lapse for you to safely lose the weight to make tape and you can’t go back until then. <br /><br />Now when you say 19 lbs over do you mean 19 lbs over your max weight for your height or 19 lbs beyond where you were when you made tape last time? That also makes a huge difference.
