It&#39;s you first real opportunity to be in charge, it&#39;s what all the stuff that you have done until now is just train up for this position. Yes, it can be demanding, occasionally aggravating, and almost always a challenge, but it&#39;s what we trained to accomplish. When they look for BN Commanders, they will look at the Company Command time as a reference. Go for it and enough.
