What’s the correct way to display four oak leaf clusters (OLC) on full-size USAF medals?

I’m putting together a shadow box for my late grandfather. When I was previewing his rack on a website, it showed four OLC as individual devices, as opposed to the Army’s four-in-one device I’m accustomed to seeing. I was also sent individual devices by National Archives & Records. I think four-in-one looks better since it can’t be misaligned, but I want to do right by his service. Got regs?

I've seen it done both ways WO1 Private RallyPoint Member but not sure which is correct. I like them when they are lined up perfectly. Good for you for honoring your late grandfather.

Awesome thing you're doing, WO1 Private RallyPoint Member. I've put a few shadow boxes together for retire EOD friends. This is how it's done. You CAN do the 4 separate devices, but the 4-in-one looks better, and is very much less of a pain in the ass.
