We should render whatever assistance our allies the French request, as long as it is within reason.

What should we do on our own? Absolutely nothing. She is not a US citizen or asset.

Lets get back to the time when we as a nation did NOT negotiate with terrorists or criminals. That is why we have Delta, Seals, SF and the like, let them do what it is they do best!

Well it seems like it isn't our problem. The American was freed. The French have a problem. They might want to call someone down there.
