What should the Center for Disease Control do in Texas?

Just this week, the CDC has confirmed that there was a case of ebola in Texas. This is the first-ever case of this strain of the Ebola virus confirmed in the United States. As a former combat medic in the U.S. Army, I was trained to quarantine the area and prepare for incoming casualties. Do you think that our civilian hospitals are equipped to handle such an undertaking?

Oh man...what a question! First of all, there's always a "patient zero" tracking... With this guy being sent home there's an entire new list of things that must be done for those exposed. What a mess. Other than that...I'm not a doctor so I'm only vaguely aware what must be done now.

bad as it sounds, they should quarantine the entire city! nothing in or out until they have it completely controlled. millions of people in the U.S. depend on this getting handled now.
