If I had caught him, Counseling would be the Least of his Problems. As Urinalysis Coordinator for SPAWARS 621 & NARDAC and Master at Arms for Chief of Staff COMSPAWARSYSCOM he could look forward to me escorting him to Crystal City to Visit with the 2 Star Chief of Staff.

To be honest I see this quite often. I know I need a little privacy to "get going" but after I get started I don't give a shit. Bring in the whole unit and they can watch the fluid exit the body.

Since there was actual skullduggery going on, I'd say the entire UA was compromised. The counseling would be the least of that NCO's worries.

Where they properly trained? If not, then training should take place. If so, Article 92 works.

After seeing the comment about the bottle falling out....there would be 2 butts in hot water.

Nobody likes Operation Goldenflow, but it is part of the deal. Like any other tasking, take it seriously.

SSG Private RallyPoint Member - First, I'd make sure that the NCO in question was properly trained & certified as an "observer." Otherwise, someone will be evaluating a lot of invalid samples. For this reason, you may want to evaluate if this needs to be elevated (or, not). Might ask you to fill in the blanks to the current scenario...
