I've started putting together the list here, with an explanation of my intent below:

Veterans benefits include programs, services, and compensation provided by the Veterans Administration, but also many others provided by non-profits and organizations just looking to help. I've tried to include many of them here. Since an all encompassing list is not possible, I've tried to find lesser well known veterans benefits and programs that are especially good deals. You'll also find lists of veterans discounts and links to resources that provide more specifics. I've organized them by categories. Check it out and let me know what's missing!

There you can get help with weight problems, they make different tests, Bod Pod, Metabolic Rate, VO2 Max (Fitness Test) and also teach you how to improve your metabolism with a class where they discuss your results in the tests they gave you. The give you follow up and monitor your progress since the first time you got there. Is an excellent program for people that wants to know exactly where they are physically, beyond the height and weight or the tape. It is open to military spouses too, so if you know of somebody struggling with their weight, or is starting a Fitness Program, there is where you start with the right foot.
