There are so many other things to ask about leadership, technical knowledge, etc. why does it matter who I root for and whether or not I follow football? It has become a pet peeve of mine when sitting boards.Response by LT Private RallyPoint Member made Nov 15 at 2014 9:56 PM2014-11-15T21:56:10-05:002014-11-15T21:56:10-05:00SFC Brian Mattson329178<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Lord if i could only remember all of those,But alass i can not LOL Although i do remember sweating bullets awaiting my turn to enter the board. I guess the Dumbest thing I remember is the board uniform once was in full battle gear and camo on my faceResponse by SFC Brian Mattson made Nov 16 at 2014 4:53 AM2014-11-16T04:53:40-05:002014-11-16T04:53:40-05:00SSgt Private RallyPoint Member373538<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>While boarding for soldier of the quarter, I was asked a set of questions by the first board member. I answered most of them correctly I felt. At the end of the board, he stated that he had to re-ask me questions, as he had mistakenly read off the NCO board sheet instead of the soldier board. I was already rattled, as I hadn't done all too well, and that finished me off. He asked the questions, but I felt I had done better on the ones from the NCO board.Response by SSgt Private RallyPoint Member made Dec 16 at 2014 10:23 PM2014-12-16T22:23:42-05:002014-12-16T22:23:42-05:00SSG (ret) William Martin399954<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Q: "SPC Martin, what would you do if you saw a building on fire"<br /><br />A: "First Sergeant, I would call 911"<br /><br />Really, it wasn't a silly question but a simple question to see if I was going to trip over it I guess.Response by SSG (ret) William Martin made Jan 3 at 2015 6:46 PM2015-01-03T18:46:37-05:002015-01-03T18:46:37-05:002014-11-15T20:45:30-05:00
