There are so many other things to ask about leadership, technical knowledge, etc. why does it matter who I root for and whether or not I follow football? It has become a pet peeve of mine when sitting boards. I answered most of them correctly I felt. At the end of the board, he stated that he had to re-ask me questions, as he had mistakenly read off the NCO board sheet instead of the soldier board. I was already rattled, as I hadn't done all too well, and that finished me off. He asked the questions, but I felt I had done better on the ones from the NCO board.
