Where can I find a copy of the VA Disability paperwork? Is this information in ebenefits, or somewhere else?

The paperwork I am looking for would have the following information:
1) All conditions that I submitted
2) Which conditions received a rating?
3) What is the rating for each condition?
4) What is the medical evidence is necessary to get an increase in each of the rated conditions?

These can be found in your "myhealthyvets" portal under the blue button application (if I remember correctly). Also, you can get a "release of information" done at the VA and have them pull that information directly.

You need to contact the VBA at [login to see] , say ‘agent’ when the prompts start. Your disability package was mailed to you & it’s not on Ebenefits. The conditions you are rated for are in the Dashboard section named Disability. To see what medical evidence you need to get them increased you can search each condition online for this.

what you are actually looking for is your "Q file". If you go to the DAV or another VSO, they can request it for you.
