<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>There is no book answer.<br />Start with looking at all the tasks to be completed, daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly.<br />Put them in two columns, ones you will be primarily responsible for, one&#39;s your MEDOPs NCOIC will be responsible for. <br /><br />Once that is done, discuss it with your NCOIC, ask for thier buy in, theye may be some give and take, but the decision is yours...make that clear.<br /><br />Now you have a list of tasks the MEDOPs NCOIC will be counseled as thier responsibility for and they have already agreed on the list or at least acknowledged it.
