Where can I find information on level 1 gym PT (I looked at FM 7-22, but my PL says the 2012 version is outdated)?

According to the ADP site FM 7-22 dated 10/26/2012 is the latest revision and does not state it has been superseded

Ask your PL for a copy of the new superseding 7-22, and his/her source.

I don't think it exists.

Army Pubs doesn't have anything newer than 2012 either.
