Where can I find options for foreign ILE opportunities?

Are you on S1 net? They send emails with a summary of all the personal messages as well as links to their website where you can search old postings. I never looked into it when I was active duty and went to ILE but I do receive emails from Reserve Branch now with a list of Foreign ILE offerings. Some require language proficiency, others do not.

If I remember correctly, speaking French would open doors.

Not sure. You need to learn a Second language are a couple languages in order to find something like that because I look for people like that to be on Waze on teams Argo special forces in the morning. I really don’t need to go Ranger that’s a gung ho thing and it has nothing about teaching or doing anything else with a foreign nationals.

Ref the original poster's query about foreign/international ILE options in the future.

May I reinforce and echo the suggestions by earlier responders here that learning and developing sufficient proficiency in a second language (aka L2) would definitely be advantageous and beneficial factors for consideration and selection for a suitable (and accredited) foreign ILE course.

As a US Army FAO (FA 48G - Middle East concentration and with Arabic as designated L2), during several tours and projects in the CENTCOM AOR, discovered and met/mentored, as possible, occasional US Army officers (promotable captains and junior majors, of various branches and AOCs) who attended Arabic-required ILE programs as "international military students" at CGSC-equivalent schools in, variously, Jordan, United Arab Emirates, and Sultanate of Oman. Also heard about similar enrollments in ILE schools in Egypt and Morocco (have no details).

All attendees were selected and placed in those overseas ILE sources by the respective Officer Personnel Managers at USAHRC (aka MILPERCEN, when located earlier in Virginia some years back).
Glad to advise and assist as requested. Have a collection of open-source materials which would help prepare such selectee s for ILE courses in Arabic-prevalent host countries in the CENTCOM AOR and likewise those in Turkey. Details provided on request.

Are you seeking in in branch-related ILE or region-specific (branch immaterial) foreign ILE.

I you are interested in such opportunities- in either situation - ILE in host countries in the CENTCOM AOR (i.e., Arabic, French, or Turkish), can provide basic data on several available courses.

FYI and time-line planning by you and your HRC manager, selection by DA/USAHRC for most of those courses require that you first complete a basic language acquisition training (BALT) program at DLIFLC, State Department's FSI, or commercial school before you PCS OCONUS to attend the selected ILE course as an "international military student."

Your interesting profile mentioned that you have transitioned to MI (my old branch) and completed MICCC (bravo).
Once you complete any remaining requirements for full branch-qualification, another option you might consider is assignment as a MI advisor/trainer (i.e., advising and assisting brigade-level foreign counterpart units or their MI schools. Those billets likewise requre your completion of BALT and related pre-deployment training. You would be assigned to the in-country US Security Cooperation Organization (SCO). (The term SCO is a DOD-wide generic label encompassing, inter alia, MAAG, Military Training Mission (MTM), ODC, MAP, ODC.

Depending on the size and the US military services comprising a SCO, most SCOs are aligned/assigned to the US Embassy in the respective host country.

A few unclassified "war stories" are available, on request, of times with USMTM Saudi Arabia, ODC Egypt, MAP Jordan, and other SCOs in Sudan, Yemen, and Turkey.
