Most of the other activities are done in a gym - hopefully some one will offer some advice especially with bench and squats - if you ask for a spotter. Now, they do a pretty intense body-weight/cardio circuit - I give them that. But they can't do push-ups at all. Their squat form is complete crap too. It makes me want to scream.
But I don't because then that would make me a horrible person, etc.

Personally, I have trouble on my deadlift form :-/ Response by SPC Kelly MacLeod made Feb 29 at 2016 8:22 PM 2016-02-29T20:22:01-05:00 2016-02-29T20:22:01-05:00 Sgt Tom Cunnally 1341953

I don't think situps are very helpful at all & had my clients do leg raises or crunches instead to strengthened their stomach muscles. So much wrong.... And with deadlifts... rounding of the back, not using their posterior chain to lift the weight, not keeping their core engaged, rounding of the shoulders, chest down... I could go on.
