Who can we contact in USARC to push our DD Form 368? https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/who-can-we-contact-in-usarc-to-push-our-dd-form-368

Is there anyone that my husband can contact at USARC to get his conditional releases pushed? He's been waiting 2 years for his conditional release to finally get to the approving level. His UA called him 2 weeks ago to tell him that his packet was approved but called back saying that only the 4187 was signed by his brigade commander and forgot to sign the actual 368 itself. She told him she was going to email him back to correct it but a week later she called and told him that it had to go to HRC & get approved there so he called them and they had no record of his 368 and told him it was at USARC. Because of some new regulation. No one seems to know who he needs to contact to actually check the status and get it pushed. It's only been up there since july 3rd. But he's been hearing different things about usarc denying all conditional releases and people saying that's not true... So Is there anyone that he may be able to contact to possibly get it pushed? Usually its around 2-7 months ive seen the longest. Your first General officer has to sign off on the 368 he is the AO. Two guys were trying to go SF and still got denied as well. All the 368s came back within 3-4 months. If the Brigade commander just signed the 4187 that means it is currently at his division level the 311th. If he is not in a RFX unit the 368 will be signed by that 1 or 2 star general. Ie if he is in the RFX it will go one step further to USARC where the USARC G-1 a full bird COLONEL is the approving authority. I know all this because I just went through it for my Warrant Officer packet. I can tell you that Nothing got done until I called up the 2 star general myself. I would start by using the COC I.E first contact the CO then BC, BDE Commander than the BG. If there is one thing I have learned in the Army it is that no one cares about your career more than you do. You can not get in trouble by doing this all commanders per army regs must maintain an Open door policy with all of their soldiers. If someone refuses to give him his commanders contact info call the IG... Good Luck!

USARC will approve/Deny based on his mos and if there is an over or under strength in the reserve component.
