I'm going to go with 4 none of the above and think state and local governments have been trying to deal with racial issues.. I know Boston has done some good things but when I lived in CA it was very bad in San Francisco and Oakland.. So bad I stopped visiting in those two cities with my family.

The issue of healing is a National issue that should never be placed on one person, other then the person in the mirror. That is why we have racial issues because we fail to do our part and always say "Let Mikey Do It".

The only way to heal these issues is us. We must learn to respect the difference and different people.

None of us are perfect and we need to not judge people or entire groups of people based on anything but behavior.

One great feat NOR one screw up does not define any of us. NOR does the action of one member of any group define the entire group.

Let's break this down:
OBAMA- total Race baiter tat has for decades as both a community organizer and politician he has benefited from Racial strife and the troubles between whites and everyone else.

Clinton- Divisive in the argument regarding the necessity of AIR and WATER to healthy living. Would not know the truth if it bit her on her rotund arse, and has never really practiced the telling of the truth, so unless it is politically advantageous to her she is not a healer. Got rich as a lawyer and politician, and EVERYONE wonders how she turned ten grand into a substantial profit.

Trump- Can not be paid off or bought, I already rich and everyone knows how he got that way. Speaks his mind. You may not like his attitude, his ways or his personality, but you KNOW what you get, and you CAN trust him to do what he says and say what he means.

I know I will be down voted for this. But Obama spreads the narrative tha America is a Racist country. Built by Slaves. His party has been pushing that Obama can't get anything passed because he is black. Even though he has gotten everything he wanted. Obama has embraced the hate group Black lives matter. He is quick to judge police officers as guilty when the shoot a black man. But pleads for tolerance when a follower of Islam performs an act of terrorism. Trump will not be able to fix it. And under Hillary the only thing that will change will be that she is a woman. These protest aren't peacfulk they are followed by looting and burning. Obama with with white votes twice. And the Democrats are using there example to get what they want. The sit in the House was just the beginning. I have heard that they have done white shaming classes in elimentry school.

I would say General Colin Powell should come out. He did not like the limelight much after Secretary of State and he has said NO for being considered a Presidential Candidate but He is more respected than Rev. Jessie Jackson or Rev. Al Sharpton. He is a Vietnam Veteran, He is well respected by everyone.

We the people need to start a grass root movement 'ALL LIVES MATTER'. Strength in numbers. Sadly we will never eradicate racial issues, at least we could do is not make it daily national news with education, training, stats, understanding and compassion. It's a question without an answer. If you had limited the choices to the three named individuals, I'd guess Trump. Obama has already proven himself incapable of coping with it. Indeed, he has exacerbated the problem. Hillary has exacerbated every problem she ever touched. That leaves Trump. Adding None of the above doesn't make sense unless you change "best" to "well"

Anybody else is more likely to accomplish this task than those three, but of them the President is best positioned to do so. Since it seems to be moving the other way in the first 7 1/2 years of the administration, I am not holding my breath.
As for the other two, they will likely find it more politically expedient to blame each other and those not aligned with them. For Trump and Clinton to have any success at this, I think they'd need to call each other and mutually agree on a unified message of healing. Unlikely, but possible.

Racial issues are in the tank because of Obama so he's no help; Hillary's white BUT she'll give away free stuff so the blacks will like her to vote for, but in no way will she heal the racial divide in our country; and Donald Trump, well he's Donald Trump so I don't see a lot of racial healing with him as POTUS. Sgt Tom Cunnally Obama, Clinton and Trump are not able to heal our nation to any degree in terms of class, ethnic, racial, or any other grouping. Of the three Donald Trump as a political outsider may be able to use the bully pulpit to heal better than the other two have.
POTUS Obama has done more to divide us than unify us.
I concur with LTC Tom Jones in that the only real hope for this nation is Christ. The more of us that have a personal relationship with Christ, the better for us individually and nationally.
Improving interpersonal relationships is best done locally. If each of us works to improve our relationships with those around us and treats everyone we come into contact with respect we will begin to improve the quality of life around us. Play it forward is a wonderful concept.
Do unto others as you would have them do not you - not as they are doing unto you.
