If they want to be verified, I must see their name on their profile and it must match their proof of service document however if the member uses ID.me; then we can&#39;t control that. That&#39;s the &quot;admin answer&quot; now for the &quot;Ben Keen non-admin answer&quot;; I will say that I see your point. I rather see and know who I&#39;m talking with but at the same time, I understand why some users need/want to keep their name offline. Now, if an &quot;annoymous&quot; account is not verified and is starting terrible, I am faster to remove the account than I would be if the account is verified but I still double-check with the user admins before taking that action.
