Sgt Tom Cunnally 997665 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I think a lot of carmakers could devise systems will not run if you cell phone is on after linking with Bluetooth.. Or use voice only options for GPS, &amp; other Console Displays.. Why Don't Carmakers Do More To Stop Distracted Driving?? 2015-09-27T10:25:16-04:00 Sgt Tom Cunnally 997665 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I think a lot of carmakers could devise systems will not run if you cell phone is on after linking with Bluetooth.. There are way too many distractions...and use of voice commands would be the best way to do things. The newer ones even have auto reply through text stating the contact is currently driving and unavailable. However I believe this line of reasoning is very dangerous. We cant hold the carmakers responsible for anything the drivers do. If you make something idiot proof you only make a bigger idiot.
