I did many things when I was young that I would never do today, back then I was a hardcore Paratrooper and nothing could hurt me, well at least that is what I thought......

Hopefully we learn from them and do not do them again.<br /><br />Engaged and involved leadership certainly helps, but leaders can't be everywhere 24/7/365. Plus, leaders sometimes do dunderheaded things too.
