I would ask to be allowed to ETS under QMP happen quickly as it may result in a better discharge than what your Command may seek. MAJ Miller gave the best advice. I would only add, do not seek legal assistance from within your unit. Go to the Installation JAG office. Unit JAG Officers work for the Commander, to assist Him/Her, and will not be looking out for your best interests.
