My NCOER met the suspence for that but it is not yet showing in My Board File. Today, 26 May is the last day to access the board file and my Complete the Record NCOER is not yet showing. Once I certify that all of my information is correct to the best of my knowledge and the board file closes, will my NCOER still populate in there for the board or will the board only see what is in there as of today? I would see if you need to send in a Memorandum for lateness just incase.
