With the current AR 670-1 and DA PAM 670-1 update, are sleeve tattoos acceptable when wearing the class b short sleeve variant?

Honestly, not trying to be a smartass but, take a look around, there’s SMS with complete sleeves. I personally know four NCOs with two full sleeves and no one has said anything about being out of regulation. The regulations is actually very vague when it comes to tattoos, just remember nothing above the collar bone, nothing below the wrist, a single black band on the ring finger is acceptable.
