With the new NCOER, how do I tell my 1SG or immediate CoC that I do not feel as though I will be rated properly?

With the new NCOER, how do I tell my 1SG or immediate CoC, ie my rater and sr rater (who to my knowledge are both E-6s like me) I don't believe I will be rated properly because of the supply NCO s who work directly for them. I work in the kitchen with my soldier while the other supply guys are doing supply things

With the new system your rater must be senior to you by at least one rank, and the senior rater by two. If the SR is an LT, you will need an additional reviewer. The system will not accept an NCOER with all SSGs in the rating chain. Also, 1sg should know how the new rating systems works.

The NCOERS are always inflated even when they were redesigned not to to be ... and if a Soldier was Rated truthfully you were looking at QMP with in 12-18 months...

The new system makes it tricky, but here's what you do.
1) Log off computer, make sure you grab your CAC card
2) Go to your 1SG's office
3) Explain your concern to the 1SG

The new NCOER system has not impacted interactions with your NCO Support Channel...

Show your Commander and 1SG the regulation that a SSG cannot rate another SSG (unless more TIG) and a SSG cannot Senior Rate a SSG. It is not impossible that they are not aware of the situation. I would hope that a rating scheme has been created and signed off on, but if not, educate them on the regulation and your situation, unless they are both on RallyPoint and they will read your post.
