From news stories, Russia is focusing on artillery bombardment instead of pressing ahead with armor. They are reluctant to use tanks more due to previous losses and Ukraine adapting with anti-armor tactics with infantry.

Lt Col John (Jack) Christensen the only thing I rode in was an M-88( I think) Recovery Vehicle.
